Excel 97 macros won't run in Excel 2003

What changes to my Excel 97 Auto_Open and Auto_Close
subroutines are required so that my programs will run in
Excel 2003, an upgrade from Office 97 to Office 2003. Is
this information hidden in the Help files somewhere?
 
I don't have xl2003 but they should work OK, depending on what you are
doing.
 
Make sure your security settings are not disabling your macros. Tools,
Macro, Security.
