Excel 2007 vs 2003 instances open

I want to stop Excel from opening multiple instances. I only want one Excel
Window. (I use multiple files and multiple monitors) but it seems to slow my
productivity down to have to rearrange windows everytime i open a file.

Is there anyway to make Excel 2007 act lile the 2003 one instance view
automatically everytime i start Excel?
