Excel 2007 - opening Lotus spreadsheet workaround

Excel 2007 does not have the capability to open lotus spreadsheets like the
prior versions of excel had.

Are there any add-on utilities (work-arounds) or 3rd party utilities that
offer a lotus to excel 2007 conversion other than keeping excel 2003 loaded
on a machine?

Thanks!

Excel 2003 wasn't the best tool for opening 1-2-3 files because it was
limited to files in the WK* formats and could not open the newer .123 file
format. For converting all 1-2-3 file formats to .XLS the Conversions Plus
utility from www.dataviz.com is a good commercial product. You can also use
the Open Office spreadsheet to do the same. Neither support the new Office
2007 file formats as far as I know.

If you find an answer, I would love to hear it! Seems too simple - why would
they remove this feature?
