Excel 2007: lock text box

Hi,
I am trying to insert a text box in an Excel 2007 spreadsheet. I want my
users to be able to write text in it, but not change the size/position of the
box. Even if I lock the box, then protect the worksheet, I can still change
the size/position of the textbox. The only way I have found to stop this, is
to uncheck the 'edit objects' option when protecting the worksheet - but this
aslo stops any text from being entered in the box. Can anyone advise please?
Thanks!!!

It looks as if the old text box control has changed in Excel 2007. Have you
tried the ActiveX Text Box control on the Developer tab, Insert drop down?
