Excel 2007 copy cells without cell reference being adjusted

How can I copy a row of cells to a different row without the cell references
in those cells being adjusted? If I have a reference in cell A1 (=B15) and I
copy the cell to B1 then the reference is adjusted (=B16). Any help?

There are a number of ways depending on the situation:

1. Suppose A1 contains the formula =B16
put your cursor in A2 and press Ctrl+' (control apostrophy) the result is
the formula in A2 is identical to A1, now cut and paste it whereever you want
it.
2. Change the formula in A1 to read =$B$16 now you can copy it anywhere
without it changing.
3. You can select the formula on the Formula Bar and copy it, move to any
cell and paste it.
