Excel 2002 system crash

Hi,

I have a few users that are experiencing problem in Excel
where they go to print an excel file and the system
freezes up.

Any ideas,

You may want to check their printer settings.
Are they local users, or working from home? If they are
working from home and have a network printer as the
default I've found that froze everything up. Once I
created a local printer and made that the default, haven't
had a problem since.
 
The printers these users are attached to are in my office,
but they are printers on Netware print queues. I wonder
if that may be causing some of the problems?
