I made a score sheet for a game. It's like a standard type grid or table
with squares.
Just to jazz it up, can it be made with circles instead of squares??
Thanks in advance,

Hi folks,
Ok was that a dumb question? I'm looking for help to make a
score nicer.

I wouldn't say "dumb" but maybe more work than you want to do.

First......is this to be a printed sheet and scores are entered using a pen or
pencil?

Or are scores to be entered on the worksheet via keyboard?

Thank you for your reply, Gord.
I print the score sheets and then the scores are written in by hand.

Manually.............

Insert>Worksheet.

Tools>Options>View.

Uncheck "gridlines" or add background color of white.

Format A1:M50 as Wingdings font at size of 60 or so.

In A1 enter a circle using ALT + 0161

Drag/copy down and across to M50.

Play with column widths and row heights until you get what you wish.

Gord,
instead of A1 can I use the box of a column that is currently a
square? I tried that selected wingdings etc, but using alt +0161 either
didn't do anything or resulted in file folder icons etc.

I neglected to mention that must use the NumPad at rightside of keyboard to
enter the ALT + 0161

Regular keys above qwertyuiop will not work for this operation.

I don't understand the term "box of a column that is currently a square"

Hi Gord,
Sorry about the delay, but we're having major house
renovations and living in our camper.
I'll contact you again, ok?
