Excel 2000 question

Is there an easy way to change positive numbers to
negative numbers in an Excel spreadsheet (2000 version)?

1. Key -1 into an open cell.
2. Copy that cell.
3. Select your range of positive numbers.
4. Edit > Paste Special > Multiply
