Excel 2000 and HP printers

We are using Excel 2000 on Windows 2000 machines. Every
so often we have users who need to print in landscape form
and are unable to do so. The only way we can allow these
users to print landscape is to reinstall office. The
users are printing to HP 4100 and HP 4050 printers. Has
anyone seen this issue? Is there a work around?
