Excel 2000 add-ins

When opening a worksheet and choosing "enable macros",
I get a warning box stating "the numbering add-in must be
loaded for optimal numbering and toolbar behavior. I cannot
find an add-in called "numbering add-in". Any suggestions?

If it's an MS add-in it would have to be TMPLTNUM.XLA. This add-in is used
by templates included with Excel. Does Tools, References in the VBE
(Alt-F11) point to this add-in or another?

I have the file "TMPLTNUM.XLA" ...

Since BIG BROTHER GATES won't share it I will...just e-mail me....
