Example for RegisterDeviceNotification in .Net ?

Hello,

Has someone an example how to use "RegisterDeviceNotification(hRecipient,NotificationFilter,Flags);"
I wanted to register a Function which is called when an USB-Device is plugged in or disconnected.
Maybe someone has written this part before ?
