everything's gone 90 degrees on my monitor - help !

I hit a wrong button somewhere and now the screen is 90 degree anticlockwise
and even mouse is some ( cant reset or rotate ) . can any advise what I need
to do ??
 
Right-click an empty area on your desktop and select propertis to open the
'Display Properties'. Go to the Settings tab and click on the 'Advanced'
button to open your graphic card settings.

Look for 'Rotation' if you are using an ATI graphic cards, or something like
that if you are not using one. The settings should be somewhere around there.

It's a feature of your video card. Try Ctrl-Alt-Up Arrow (or sometimes
Ctrl-Shift-R).
