Everything is hidden!

I was trying to lock down my database by removing the toolbars and the
tables/queries/etc. and now when I open my database I have nothing! I
can not see my switchboard and I can not unhide anything because I
hide the menu bar. Can I undo this or do I need to start over?

Hold down the shift key while opening the db to bypass the startup settings.
