Everything is enlarged!!!

Hi...really hope someone can help...ive managed to press something on my
laptop (think it was along alt or shift with something near N or M) and
everything on the screen went bigger and I really need to get it back to
normal size again...its killing my eyes!
Hope someone can help me!!

Right click on the Desktop and choose Properties to enter (Display
Properties), then select the (Setting) tab, and change the screen resolution
to (1024 by 768) or (800 by 600), or as u like. and then press OK or Apply.
