everything is blurry on the screen

yesterday everything was working fine, we just plugged in a different monitor
which worked for the first few minutes and then all of a sudden was blurry!
I've been trying cleartype, didn't work. help!!!

Have you tried another monitor?
 
Return the monitor to where ever, or whomever you got it from... It's a
DUD...
