Every time I use outlook 2003 it installs as a new program

We have 2 users on the machine my id is fine the other user everytime that
you access outlook 2003 is installs as if it was never used.

Make sure Outlook can "see" where you installed Office from. Once that
happens, the 2nd user shouldn't get that behavior any more.
