Every message designated as SPAM.

Every single email I receive though outlook is designated
as SPAM, even those with safe sender designation. My
junk email filter is set at low. Seeing this on every
email is annoying, and not helpful in fighting junk. Why
is this happening, and how can I change it?

Outlook has no option to mark anything as Spam. You most likely have a
third party program set for detecting Spam or your ISP does. Outlook is the
innocent party this time.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, MVW asked:
