EventID: 13

[Guest]

Anybody know what that error code is? I'm trying to get this old box up and
running, and it doesn't allow any connection to the LAN. The text that goes
along with the eventID is:

"Failed to create the COM module!"

Any help would be fantastic!

what is the source of the event? is it SNDSrvc ? do you have symantec
antivirus installed?

I'm getting the same Event ID at work, and SNDSrvc is the source. IT
recently installed NAV2005.
