Windows 2000 Server, can see any events?
Shows the size in the next columnt, description but nothing if I click on
it. I can access only Application log from other server.

How do I bring it back?

This normally indicates a corrupt eventlog database set
but the fix is a little complicated.

You cannot just delete the databases as the are open by
event log service. You can't stop the event service to
delete them.

This is the trick.

Set the service to disabled but don't try to stop it.
Reboot PC, accept any errors generated.
Delete or rename databases.
Reset service startup to automatic but don't try to start
it.
Reboot PC
Done.
