Event Viewer Remote Access

How would I allow a user with no Admin rights on the
remote server access to see all the Event Viewer Logs?
When I try to access them I get Unable to complete the
operation on "Security". A required privilege is not
held by the client on Window 2000 servers and can not
access any of the Event Logs on a Windows 2003 box. Any
help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

You need to grant the user (or group that the user is in) the "Manage
auditing and security log" permission in Group Policy
Location -- > Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Local Policies >
User Rights Assignment

Thanks. That gives me access for The Security Logs. It
still gives me the same error for the Application and
System logs on the 2003 servers.

Thanks again.
