I want to be able to give a power user the ability to view
and manage the event logs, but unless the user had
administrative priveleges, I keep getting mesgs of the
sort:
"The description for Event ID ( 596 ) in Source (
Security ) cannot be found. The local computer may not
have the necessary registry information or message DLL
files to display messages from a remote computer. You may
be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this
description;"
How can I set this up properly to allow the power user
access? (Without giving admin access..)
Giving the privelege to manage the event gives the above.
