Event viewer log rotation

I have tens of domain controller in my domain. Every day event log grows in
MBs. I need to schedule this logs and to store in file server regularly so I
should not loose any event.
Any body have solutions. Any script is there to run to make solution. I
heard about VB scripting available for this.

Any useful solution from anybody/
