Event Logs - Warning if becoming full

Is there a way to have a message displayed if the Event Logs reach a certan
size i.e. 90% full.

Rather than bother with that, why not just set each of your event logs so
that the max size is a *lot* bigger than the default 512k, and change it to
"overwrite as needed" ?
 
Due to security constraints, I have to set a Security Log max size of 10Mb
and it must be set to "Don't overwrite. Clear log manually".
