Event Logs are corrupted

Hi,

How can I obtain the fix stated in Knowledge base article
829246 ie. Blank event logs due to corruption.

Per the article "To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft
Product Support Services to obtain the hotfix." According to the article
they have not release a public version due to not being testing so are only
recommending this if you must have this now verses waiting on the public
avail patch.
