Event in a form

I am looking for some help with an Event I want to set up in a form.

I have created a data entry form with some fields that lookup values,
specifically a [Section] field and a [Employee] field. The Section field
drops down a list of section names and the employee field drops down a list
of all employees. What I want to have happen is when you select the section
then only the names of the employees for that section will be available for
the employee drop down list.

I was searching in the Access help documents and it tells me it can be done,
but it is very vague on how to do it. So any help will be greatly appreciated.
