Event ID7034The Windows Software Probe service terminated unexpect

We own N-Able networking montioring platform. This service: Windows Software
Probe is installed on a clean box and is crashing and then coming backup.
N-able's tech support is at a lost and so far hasn't been able to resolve our
issue. This service is depended on WMI and snmp, rmon.

and have run tests like: Windows XP and 2000 Server
• winmgmt /clearadap
• winmgmt /resyncperf
and
1. Stop the Windows Software Probe, AssetDiscovery, N-able syslog, and
Windows Software Probe Watchdog services.
2. Click Start>Run and specify wmimgmt.msc.
3. Within the Windows Management Infrastructure (WMI) window, right-click on
WMI Control (Local).
4. Select Properties from the pop-up menu.
5. Click the Security tab.
6. Navigate to CIMV2.
7. Click Security.
8. Ensure that the Domain Administrator account that you are using with the
Windows Software Probe has Allow Permissions for all methods of
ROOT\CIMV2.
and
from RUN typing in wbemtest and running recursive test all coming be OK
and
This service must be setup as Log on as a service; permission are set
correctly

1. Select Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Local Security Policy to
open the Local Security Policy MMC.
2. Navigate to Local Security Policy > Security Settings > Local Policies >
User Rights Assignment.
3. Double-click the Policy Log On As A Service.
••• The Log On As A Service Properties screen appears.
Also checked this out under the services, under the Computer Management
console- services
The back end of this platform is running and other sites are up and working
correctly, I am just having this problem with one site
