I am seeing some of these in our event logs. Does anyone know what they are or the issue

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem and a supported fix is now
available, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described
in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this
specific problem.

That is the "act as part of the operating system" privilege. In a default
installation of W2K or in a domain, no one has that user right which can be assigned
in security policy via security settings/local policies/user rights. The links below
explain it more. Any user with that right will have complete control over the
