Event ID 3096

Dear all

i have on different Windows 2000 Servers in different Domains the System-Eventlog with a Event ID 3096. This
states that "The Windows NT domain controller for this domain could not be located".

The Domains are in 2000 native mode and netbios is disabled. DNS is running well and i can get the SRV Records
using nslookup. I searched for this error, but i found only Hints for Windows NT and WINS. Both is not valid in
this situation, Wins is not even installed.

Has anybody else this error and what is to do to get rid of it
