I keep receiving a warning in my Application Event
Viewer. The source is Timeserv.

Hi Brian,

According to my research this message should never occur which is why there
is no documentation to provide you for this error. If you could send me
the file
date and version information you have for w32time that would be a great
start.

Has this been working in the past?

Did you ever use timeserv and then upgrade to w32time?

OPTION 1 --

Possible cause: Registry and W32time.inifile had different Primary time
sources as these had not been synchronised.



FIX: Run "W32time - update" at dos prompt and restart W32time service.




OPTION 2

Can you test again with a new copy of w32time, from the location below:



ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/reskit/y2kfix/x86/w32time/
