Hi together,
in a windows 2003 DC i have the follow event:

Source : NTDS KCC.
Type: Warning.

The attempt to establish a replication link for the following writable
directory partition failed.

Directory partition:
CN=Configuration,DC=mcsenetworks,DC=net
Source domain controller:
CN=NTDS
Settings,CN=MCSA-DC-01,CN=Servers,CN=ALEXANDRIA-VA,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration
,DC=mcsenetworks,DC=net
Source domain controller address:
16c6788b-dc2f-43f9-8abf-9d8f29f643c0._msdcs.mcsenetworks.net
Intersite transport (if any):

This domain controller will be unable to replicate with the source domain
controller until this problem is corrected.

User Action
Verify if the source domain controller is accessible or network connectivity
is available.

Error xxx: Access Denied

I know it's a replication problem between sites of my forest, but how can i
resolve this problem ?

First have a look at your DNS infrastructure - thats always a good starting
point:

-Verify that the correct DNS Server entries are configured on both DC's
-Verify that dynamic update is enabled on your DNS Server
-Verify that you have an entry "16c6788b-dc2f-43f9-8abf-9d8f29f643c0"
of type CNAME in the "_msdcs.mcsenetworks.net"-Subdomain in DNS

See your event log. Were this servers disconnected for a long time, or
unable to replicate. See this QArticle
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;[LN];Q288167. It describes
similar symptoms and a solution.
