event ID 13568

I started getting this error in the event log on my 2000 server SP4. It has
to do with the JRNL_WRAP_ERROR.

I know it is some kind of file replication service error, but this confuses
me because this is the only server and does not replicate AD to any other DC.

How can I stop this error and what is really wrong? please help
