You can start troubleshooting this by downloading FRSdiag.exe. This will
run several tests against FRS and give you some very useful output to
review. If you have questions about the output, post questions your
questions here. You can download the utility at

You should also make sure that you are running the latest SP or at least the
post SP3 version of ntfrs.
