Event ID 1265 and 13508

I am running a Win2K server called SQL01 that is part of
a domain. Just in the past week I noticed that when I
make policy changes on the DC it does not replicate over
to SQL01. I took a look in the event viewer and notice I
was getting a

[1] FRS can not correctly resolve the DNS name ace-
file01.ace.corp from this computer.
[2] FRS is not running on ace-file01.ace.corp.
[3] The topology information in the Active Directory for
this replica has not yet replicated to all the Domain
Controllers.

This event log message will appear once per connection,
After the problem is fixed you will see another event log
message indicating that the connection has been
established.

I am also getting an Event Id 1265 which reads..

The attempt to establish a replication link with
parameters

Partition: CN=Schema,CN=Configuration,DC=ace,DC=corp
Source DSA DN: CN=NTDS Settings,CN=ACE-
DC01,CN=Servers,CN=San-
Diego,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=ace,DC=corp
Source DSA Address: 98c46272-07ac-4bd2-b295-
0bdf1f283eb3._msdcs.ace.corp
Inter-site Transport (if any):

failed with the following status:

The DSA operation is unable to proceed because of a DNS
lookup failure.

The record data is the status code. This operation will
be retried.

MS says to insta SP4 but it is already installed..
Anyhelp would be appreciated. Chris

Usually this is due to a DNS entry not existing or a server that is not
pointing to a valid DNS server.
