Event ID #105

Whenever I log off the internet, a error window pop ups and says that
explorer.exe has caused an error and windows will restart. I have read the
event log for the System and I have gotten 3 errors continually since the
day I installed win2kpro. When I try to log off the internet, these 3 same
errors occur at the same time each time. They are W3SVC,MFSTPSVC, and
SMTPSVC, all with the ID #105. I have read microsoft's KB article
concerning it and I am still not sure how to correct the situation. The
article stated something to the effect that a network adapter was called for
but not present. Does anyone have more helpful information or could someone
try to point me in the right direction so I don't keep getting these errors.
