Event ID 105

I have an error message Event ID number 105. I had just
installed MS Security Update with french service pack4. My
OS is windows 2000 professional. Can somebody help?

Hi Joseph,

These error messages appear in the event log if there is a network adapter
in the computer but the network cable is not plugged in, or if the network
is unavailable. The error messages occur every time you start the computer
until the network becomes available (or you plug in the network cable).

However, we need to determine if this is the same issue. It is important
for us to determine the source of this event ID. Please try the resolution
mentioned in the above mentioned knowledge base article and check if the
problem continues.
