Event ID 1003

I have a PC that reboots every hour or so. Earlier, the PC would
reboot more often, but I replaced the NIC and installed a new NIC and
now it much better, but not perfect. I am receiving Event ID 1003 with
the following error codes.

Error code 100000d1, parameter1 805744a5, parameter2 000000ff,
parameter3 00000001, parameter4 ff9eb9d4

Is there anything else I should be looking for?

Thanks for the info. In the end it was the pagefile that was
corrupted. I chose the no pagefile option under the perfomance menu in
system properties, rebooted, and then recreated the pagefile. Thanks
again for pointing me in the right direction.
