Event ID 10016 help

After reboot of winxp SP2 I get several instances of events with
ID 10016.

The help instructions at the given URL do not make sense after
opening the registry and finding the entry for
{BC866CF2-5486-41F7-B46B-9AA49CF3EBB1} in HKCR\Clsid\clsid
value\localserver32
The default is an nvidia exe called nSvcAppFlt.exe.

In the right pane of dcom config there is no entry starting with
either nsv or {BC866.

How can I remedy the events?

The text of the events is:
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local
Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{BC866CF2-5486-41F7-B46B-9AA49CF3EBB1}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL SERVICE SID (S-1-5-19). This
security permission can be modified using the Component Services
administrative tool.

NVIDIA Firewall used on certain Asus motherboards.

{BC866CF2-5486-41F7-B46B-9AA49CF3EBB1} is also related to the NVIDIA
Firewall.

That solved the events. Thanks.

Now the questionis whether the "firewall" should be there in the
first place.

The Nvidia firewall is a hardware firewall. I know nothing about it.
