Event ID =10 related issue.

Hi,
Couldn't find suitable newsgroup than this one.
Event veiwer is giving Event ID =0, Source = MSFTPSVC
says :"User intermecunit at host <<IP-address>> has timed-
out after 300 seconds of inactivity. "

Even though this isn't a big issue, but only this event is
filling my event log. Is there any way to ignore only this
event ID ?

FYI :There are 1500 users our there using this and this is
coming because of user error.

This message indicates that an FTP user did not exit properly from their FTP session ("quit" or "bye")
Or they logged in and did not use the connection
The FTP server disconnected the session after the configured timeout period (default 900 seconds, 300 in your case)
