Can you please tell me the factors that will creat an event and how I can
resolve IT

I replied to your post in windows.server.active_directory on this.
Just so you know, typically when you cross post like this people would post
to many ng's off of the same single post. That way if someone replies to it
on one others would see it as well and hopefully eliminate duplicate posts
on the same thing.
