event code 102

[Guest]

My server at work keeps crashing, shows a event code of
6008 in system and code 102 in application view. The
message is " IISAdmin service found that acct IUSR_Server
y,oY is disabled. Some IIS functions can fail for this
reason. Any ideas on that one?

Check http://www.eventid.net
then search with event id 102 and source llSADMIN
They have answer.
