Event 1202 or 454

Hello all-
Getting Event 454 every 20 seconds on Domain Controller
States:
services (292) Database recover/restore failed with unexpected error - 515.
Artilce 266361 says for 515:
#define JET_errInvalidLogSequence -515 /* Timestamp in next log does
not match expected */


????

Seems to have started with a single Event 1202
After a reboot last night I got a single 1202 and the following message in
my Winlogon.log:

Error 0 to send control flag 1 over to server.
GPLinkDomain GPO_INFO_FLAG_BACKGROUND )
GPLINKOrganizationUnit GPO_INFO_FLAG_BACKGROUND )
[Mapping] gpt00000.dom = Default Domain Policy

What does this mean?
I have looked at 278316 but that is not occuring here right now. Just 454
every 20 seconds.

Just noticed this:
The 1202 error is every 5 minutes.
The 454 error is every 20 seconds
