The entry was due to a GPO which had the following policy configured:
User Configuration -- >> Administrative Templates -- >> Internet
Explorer -- >
Internet Control Panel -- >> Security Page-->>Site to Zone Assignment
list>>Click
on Show.
Removed invalid entries (like
http://*) from the list.
Refreshed policy.
