Even 4319 loginname and hostname are the same

I became supporting a customer there in every PC both the loginname and the
hostname are the some eg. host: marketing loginame: marketing. Event viewer
shows multipple 4319 warnings but everything seems to be quite allright. W2k
PRo PCs and 2003 SBS Domain.

I thought that these can't be the same?

Now there is major problem (Slow) with Remote Desktop towards External Server.

If You feel that I should change host or loginname which one do you think is
easier?
