EUniverse Updater how can I remove it???

Everytime I run MS AntiSpyware, ti identifies this
browser hijacker. IT recommends immediate removal and I
have AntiSpyware remove it, but it keeps coming back.

Anyone have any ideas on how to permanently remove it??

Restart your computer in Safe Mode, open MSAS, on Scan Page, choose Scan
Options > Full System Scan.
