EULA popup in Outlook 2003 in Vista

I recently installed MS office on a new PC using Vista. Each time I open
Outlook or want to send mail, the EULA agreement pops up and requires
acceptance. How can I get this to turn off?

Found the answer on these boards. Need to run as admin and then answer the
EULA. All set now!
