ETrust Purchase Problems

Hi

I'm having trouble renewing and purchasing EZ Antivirus using the ETrust US
website. The site keeps rejecting my card or UK address details. The card has
worked on their site in the past and it works fine on other sites. Is anyone
else, particularly people from the UK, having this problem?

I've raised queries via their web based contact facility on several occasions
over the past week but have had no response.

FWIW, I once had to send an email to (e-mail address removed) to get someone's
attention to a problem byt asking them if anyone was home...
