ETime API?

Has anyone had any occasion to interface with a time and attendance
application call eTime? If so, can you point me to some API's?
 
It's unlikely that there are APIs. What is possible is that you might be
able to use Automation to control it. However, not all software exposes
itself for Automation. For example, while you can Automate Outlook, you
cannot Automate Outlook Express.
 
How would I go about determining if an application opens itself to Automation?
