Hi, I have a westell modem that is connected to my computer through the
ethernet cable. The problem is that lately I cannot connect to the internet,
all the lights are green on the modem so they are working ok..but even when
I try to connect to the internet I get the error page, site not found. The
other day I lost all power for the ethernet so I am not sure what's
wrong..any help would be appreciated..Mark

Hello
Check the device manager to see if the ethernet card is installed and
working.
Reboot your cable modem,(shutdown computer, unplug power from cable modem,
wait 30 sec. plug modem back in wait for the lights to go solid then start
the puter back up)
If this does not work call your ISP.
