Esyndicate Browser Plug-In is tring to install!

I keep getting this pop up telling me that
"Warning, Esyndicate Browser Plug in is trying to install"!
Threat Level: Elevated

I click on remove but not less than a minuite it comes
back. I click on full scan, and it is quarteened but still
pops up. What should i do with this to make it stop pop
ing up?

have u tried booting into safe mode and run MSAS in full scan?

Get HijackThis.exe from
http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/hjt199//HijackThis.exe

Save it to C:\hjt (new folder) then Open it and select
Scan and Save Log. Note where you saved the log then
send it to me as an attachment. Put Hijack in the subject
so I'll know it's not spam.
