errror need help!!!!!

i keep gettin this message .....Your server has unexpectedly terminated the

i have gmail n im trying to get it to work through the microsoft mail and i
just dont know what im doin wrong . what should i have in all the feilds i
need to fill out ?

check both boxes for [x] This server requires a secure connection (SSL)

The problem is "Secure(SSL):No." Gmail wants SSL to be enabled.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select the Gmail account, Properties, Advanced,
select the box "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)."
Do this for both the incoming and outgoing servers.
Verify your Gmail settings with this:
